How to Observe People's Behavior

Reading people in this day and age can be hard. Many of our relationships are now on-line, over the phone and rarely in person. However, our meta-communication (non-verbal) can give us answers to many things most would never admit. There are also verbal clues and word choices that can complicate and contradict what a person is saying with their words. By improving our ability to read people, we naturally will improve our communication, our lives, relationships and hopefully read people well enough to quickly weed out the unproductive.
