The Importance of Delegation
The problem with the problem of delegation is it takes up so much stinking time on the front end, but you're making like a deposit to the end of the bank and you're going to make your withdrawals later. Don't delegate stuff to somebody that's going to screw up your business. That would be a stupid, but idea. You're not a micro manager, you're a wise business owner. A wise business owner or a wise business leader does not delegate to the incompetent. It's worth it though, do it. I used to think, I'm a control freak. Now I know better.
