It's one thing to say like be careful trying to help every single person the door it's another to actually reject said people. do you handle that for the ones that aren't a good fix? We have a great relationship with another advisor in the Seattle area and we have given him several referrals several of all three have been pretty big clients. One of them was had just fallen into a massive amount of new wealth and he was so mean to everyone in the office, I decided to take it more seriously and look into it. He didn't even ask me why but I let him know that he wasn't welcome here any more.
