I think one thing that has been a really interesting learning for me over the last decade, these retailers don't really compete with the online e-commerce players. These retailers have figured out how to survive in a world where they don't have the lowest prices and largest escortments. I think with Ferris they can thrive. We've actually seen, especially through the pandemic and acceleration in our retailers adopting online tools and selling online. One of the things they found is they'll write handwritten notes along with the delivery and that really means a lot to the consumer. The future for local retail is really just an extension of that.
