The Importance of Getting Your Money Deployed Fast

I think even the biggest real estate bears right now would all agree, hey, if interest rates drop, then it's go time. Like we got to get our money deployed fast. Right now, if you can find a deal that makes sense, then likely what you're doing is you're probably putting a lot more down. You're probably not financing as much of it unless you can find some creative financing. And so to me, it makes more a little bit more sense to put them, put your money to work as long as the deal makes sense right now.
