The Consistency Phase of a Trader

Trader: At what stage once a trader, you know, how does a trader figure out their niche and what they're consistent in? And another question I had was sort of about the consistency phase. So it kind of goes back to those trading communities I mentioned. Huge amount of growth from me personally in that like year one stage or so came from just having a bunch of people.
