Call Bag Dash Basics

Call bags is essentially what promises are except for events that will happen over and over again. So promise resolves once a call bag resolves multiple times. Also, it's a two way communication channel or it can be. It doesn't have to be. Anyway, when I hear this stuff about signals, to me, it, it seems like it, it appears like it's a concept that should be usable aside from any framework. And that sounds like what signals is trying to do.
