The virtue of chastity reigns and aims. It doesn't sort of look at suppressing our inclinations and our desires with respect to sexuality but to point them in the right direction. Desire for the good, desire to be fulfilled, desire to being happy is what makes us gravitate towards the very things for which we are made. So rather than putting all of your stock in something that's low or lower by comparison to the most exalted of goods, you affirm each in its place.
