The Wim Hof Breathing Stuff

The Wim Hof breathing stuff was actually super helpful like I don't know what it almost was like a fast forwarded meditation if that makes sense. It involves breath holds and like hyper oxygenation followed by breath holds for about ten minutes it's like three cycles essentially. By the end of that you actually feel kind of how you would feel at the end of like 30 40 minutes of meditating but with less anxious days later even huh so anyway he would like some speculation I don't think there's anything proven so that's just pure speculation but anyway that books a great book but breed was really interesting because I read it around the same time as my recovery period.
