Have Your Kids Over for the Day?
Instead of doing play dates, I would invite kids over for the whole day. When they have friends over, they tend to entertain each other a little more. It's even better if you have mixed ages, but have multiple children over it. And what happens is if you put loose parts out there and now you have multiple children, you'll start seeing that they inspire each other to use the materials in different ways.
