Coaching Courses - What Comes First?

The vast majority of kids, their first point of contact is with a volunteer coach. What's the most important thing? And i work with e organizati. Great question. My answer to that is to remove everything from coaching courses that can be gained from internet or through other sources. I think wed just give them 16 weeks of training programms. Don't tell tem how to write work out. Sad they don't need to, because it only confuses them. It's a level of knowledge that they really don't need. All of it can be gain from the intenete,. either from an ap or down lodable, or by ye mail, a range of other options
