How to Know When It's Time to Hire

I often hear the question coming in of just like, how do you know when it's time to hire? Like is it certain metrics? Is it certain numbers? What are you actually supposed to hire first? So thought it would be a good place to start around just hiring. And one mistake that I made often was I always because it's easy for me to get along and talk with people like me. That's a terrible idea. The last thing I should be looking at is hiring people more like me because that just creates chaos.
