I think a distinction is to be made between scrupulosity and a tender conscience, right? And it's harrd because i would what they call priest shop. Were like, if a priest didn't give me a hard enough penance or something, i would go to a different one. The church teaches that it's a sacrilegious act. If you've been baptized in a lutheran church with proper matter and form, the church does not re baptize you. You knw that doesn't mean we'renot going to sin again. It just means we're making reparations to not sin again.
