The Prince Mix Tape: Music Is Not Like That
A new lawsuit is targeting a Florida school district over the removal of books on race and identity issues from school libraries. Penguin Random House, along with several parents, authors, and the free speech advocacy group Pen America, filed the suit against the Escambia County School District. The suit argues that school officials violated the First Amendment in restricting access to books.
