The Fed's Estimates of Commercial Real Estate Debt

The Fed says there's about 3 trillion in commercial real estate debt out there. Of that, 2.17 trillion is held by the banking system and only about 280 billion in category one banks. But categories two to four, they have only about 340 billion in commercial real Estate. It's 1.55 trillion that's held by banks who are not in categories one through four.
