Introduction

This is the week end edition of the victor davis hanson show. We look at some historical characters that did not quite make it to the presidency, though they seemed to have those ambitions. Aaron burr, henry ayand william jennings bryan and we will do that in a short moment after these messages. And i want to let everybody know that victor gave me a little bit of heck because he doesn't like to talk about losers. But these were not complete losers in american history. They did a lot, whether for good or for bad, but in all cases, they didn't quite become the leaders that they aspired to be.
