Is There a Past in the Jungle?

Two missionaries with names that do not fit what we know are named Robert Emery and Isagnoma. At least one of the people in the hut claims not to be able to see Sevarian and Ajiya. The other two seem to have a stronger ability to see them but don't necessarily consider them actually physically present. It's almost like they're putting on a play and they're just kind of standing there and watching it.
