The Unconventional Character of Barbies

Ken gets those things, but it's through the infection of his patriarchal programming. He has strained personal relationships with everyone in Barbie land,. including himself really. And later we learn, especially in Mattel does not believe in Ken. They don't. We don't think about Ken. It's almost they don't care. That's one thing that I think is very unconventional and probably has something to do with their sense sensibilities.
