I was doing steps before I went to work for David Lloyd when I was PT in. That's how you know I was doing steps because my foot power was Fupa just after lockdown. My stomach was bubbly, I had a teletubby my job. You'd have to do an extra 1.3 1,300 steps every day for the next 10 daysjust to get back on track. It would motivate me to keep yours to if it's a month I'm not falling short. So long time holidays all these Christmas all these days.
