The Vail of Disdain

Some people have to keep moving out of rooms because they fill them with all this stuff and they can't be it apart with their old thoughts. It's like cataloging slides and old tape recordings. The veil is like a trillionth of a second that exists between you and the thing you're thinking of. And at that moment, the veil separates just a little bit when the despair is genuine enough. You cry inwardly or you cry outwardly. Get me out of this. I want to get out. I give up. I surrender.
