The Unanswerable Question About My Memoir
I color coded the different strands, literally with markers. So if the unanswerable questions were a strand say they were pink. And then I wanted to make sure that each strand stayed fairly consistent and didn't drop out for too many pages. If I noticed that pink was gone for 30 pages in a draft I would go back through and be like nope I've got to work that strand in because I do feel really tightly woven. But it was also great sort of mathematical fun for a poet.
