Is There a Role for a Generalist Type Team?

i hear that you want a generalist type team that like is adaptable and flexible. Whatis needed will beune and changing. And just humor me here. If you were to put out a job description, what would the other rolls be? Yes, sure. But at least some of the projects that iam working on or have planned m are more like the they require a sort of traditional te a set of skills.
