The Central Command Centre of the Nervous System

Brain is a vague term that we use to refer to the central components of the nervous system. Nervous systems have a peripheral component, all the nerves that go into every nook and cranny of our living organism. And then they are the central components that include nuclei. So words like brain are funny because they have different meanings for lay people and for scientists. But what i think is very good for you, for your audience, is to get the idea that the central issue is a nervous system. We have nervous systems to help coordinate life.
