Rigt: I used to run an agency, and this happened all the time. It wasn't a surprise what happened. Howcome these halcome? You know, these clients are telling us to do all these different things,. The scope is creeping everywhere, cause the client keeps changing their minds. Rigt: This kind of thing happens all the time; it's not fair on anybody that hires by the hour.
