The balance sheet seems to be the one number that we've been told many times that these bond purchases are going to be temporary. The global investor base that are interested in US bonds is lower than it used to be for a whole myriad of reasons. So frankly, at the end of the day, it becomes something of a supply and demand problem. It could mean 10-year goes back over 4%. I don't know if the Federal Reserve at least would view that with any sort of displeasure,. perhaps the Treasury would.
