The 25th Amendment is relevant in two ways. Of course, it affects the ability of a president if there is no Vice President to choose a new one. It also deals with all of these issues of disability and the presidency. And that can happen if a president is comatose or is noncompassmentous. By the way, we could see that happen with COVID because one of the symptoms is that you lose mental acuity.
