The Importance of Tolerance

Ben Franklin believed that logic and experimentation would be a foundation for our rights, not the dictates of a particular dogma or religion. Tolerance is allowing other people to be what they are and who they are. It opens the door to open inquiry, which we've lost quite a bit in this day and age.
