The Wages of Sin

We all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, says Paul. And that problem is accompanied by a penalty said later in Romans: "The wages of sin is death" The good news is that there's a solution to this problem; it's not by us being more moral or trying to be better people. Jesus Christ died on the cross so we can be forgiven for our sins but also declared righteous.
