But at the very least Iran has had four and a half decades of an experience of representative government to make significant changes in Iran whether it's the katami years or the rahani years whatever the case may be. The Iranian situation provides precisely the framework necessary to see how the mobilization of a middle class access to the rest of the world can work in iran, says John Defterios.
