i took a compassion immersion class, and i want to bring it up because it is an amazing class. One of the things that she asked us to rik amif it was in the first compassion omergion or the the second one. She asked us to a write letters to our friends, expressing our love for them. I couldn't do it. That was a level of vulnerability that i had not experienced inl a vulnerability that i clearly was incredibly not comfortable with. It does take a lind like yt to stick around that and feel secure after a potential rejection like that. Can be really tough. Of fulfilling life is allowing the intimacy to build in whatever way that feels
