Speaker 1
i think you have to wear a lot of hats and do a lot of rolls at the beginning case a lot of people are going to be boot strapping. You don't have a ton of money, and you've got, you can't realy just hire this whole team and do all these things. Dey one, or even youre one. So you've really got to be, you know, willing to put in the personal work to get to where you need to be. That being said, i do think people wait waiy too long to bring on that one virtual assistant that could really relieve, you know, forty hours of not essential work, but, you know, essential, but not essential, work that needs to get done, but not by you, so to speak. So, you know, i think there are seasons, again, that you got, you know, go easy on yourself and saying, man, i'm just doing everything right now. Well, a, your boot strapping, potentially, so that's not a bad thing. And be like, you should know how to do different parts of your business, like at the very basic level. Not sayng, become an expert at every part in your business, but at least be, you now proficient at it, so when you bring on a virtual assistant, you can train them ly, and then hand the keys off to them and know thathey're gong to get better and a doing what they do, just by putting in the wraps. So look at it more of a seasonable thing. There's going to be time and, you know, places you have to work super hard. But listen, you knowt bring it back to this book. I mean, we teach you the systems, the processes, how to build ta team, how to build the funnels increase traffic like every step that you need to get the financial freedom and fulfilment is in this book. It is going to be yourver on of uncommon success, is going to get you to financial freedom and fulfilments. And again, i can brag about this book so loudly. I mean, i wrote every single word. It took me 480 hours to write this book. The 71 thousand words, i wrote, every single one. But it's not my genius in this book, as i've shared. It's the genius, the collective genius of the three thousand plus successful entreneurs that i've interviewed and learned from andtak notes and put it into this revolutionary 17 step road map. And i know you kind of tease at the beginning, you know. And we can kind of go there now. Is like, you know, why d ey call the common path to uncommon success? Because, listen, it's not a complicated path. It's not a hidden path or a secret path, a lot of people will want you to think that it is. It's a very common path to uncommon success. But let that word calm and fool you. Common does not mean easy. It is hard work, brother. It is hard work to get to financial freedom and fulfilment, it was really hard work for me to build this business, to build my dream business. It was hard work. But you know what else is hard? Being broke. Live in vey ceck the pay check, waken up every morning doing something you have to do instead of something you ly want to do. I'm looking in the mirror and really just being disappointed at what you're seeing, because, you know, you're not living up to your own personal expectations or, you know, even capabilities. That's a hard path as well. So in 20 12, when i came up to the fork in the road and i said, it's going to be hard to build this business, but it's also going to be hard to keep being broke and to keep being unfulfilled, i just chose my i chose my hard. And everybody hearing this this show right now, can do the exact same thing. Choose your hard.
