The number one thing you should be thinking of is pain management. It's not about the sedation, guys. Treat these patients like they're your kids and mom or dad. Small doses don't have to give huge doses; patients can handle doses of 50 to 100 mics. If you have a drop in blood pressure from what I've seen, it's usually in combination with another medication. A lot of times it's a combination of things.
