Citizens is a team of people that we're building into sort of a fully-sect agile team. It's really set the roadmap and vision for what are we going to build and how is it going to benefit our customers. We'll have conversational design and testing as part of that as well. So I'm always bridging the gap between business thinkers that are really more obsessed about client experience, but have no idea how the tech works.
