i was thinking about the j shrater movement, where i don't think i've never seen any other coach do this. It's more of a flexion of the scapula, rather than always being in that compressed shoulders back,. standard bench position that gets you into trouble as well. And just holding that post vio. posture with their back on a bench for a little while, and they focus on their breathing, and at least have the scapular strength. Maybe that's a, maybe that w'uld be a good place to go with the breath, the base breath, i guess.
