The Importance of Putting Clients at the Centre of Innovation

When I started Contex in 2016, it was with that sole mission to ensure that we put our clients at the centre of our innovation. Working closely with our clients, working closely with academia is obviously a critical part to any CEO strategy who is running a tech company. We've obviously done incredibly well, both here in the UK, as well as in the US and other countries, in recruiting some of the best talent. And most importantly within our platform, we've adopted a white box set of algorithms that are very clear to explain to any regulator.
