There was a like a startup boom similar to what we saw here in the US in that late 90s period. In Australia, very similar kind of idea, just copycat kind of businesses. These guys were coming in and hopefully hoping to take over the company and just liquidate it for the cash on the balance sheet. Or use it as a cash box for further rating.
