Are the C Eos Just Afraid of Making Bad Decisions?

A lot of these ceos step down, or at least high ranking officers in these companies like starbucks, amazon, kick starter. And i was wondering, you know, why is thisbe mean, a thing? Are they just afraid of making bad decisions during a pandemic slash recession? Or is it an indication of the system just being fully broke, or maybe a little above? What do you think i think they realize that they're they look at the by deministration and what's ahead, and it's dark and gloomy.
