Billy: You're going to have multiple levels of KPI's. And the analogy that I've heard is it's like trying to drive your car from the trunk. So, you know, in an area of complete visibility, everybody gets to see them, but they don't really mean as much to everyone. The guy on the floor to know what the overall efficiency was for the plant for the month. But it doesn't necessarily help him as his only indicator. Right? Because he's on the line. He can't control it anyhow,. right? Well, he can Only control it on a run by you. His piece, his line on a run-by-run basis
