The Reaction to the Biogen Board's Nominating Susan Langer
Meg Urry: The tenor of the reaction that I've seen publicly even is really driven by the perception that this is Alexander and by extension Biogen kind of trying to get something over on the public. That doesn't sit well with people. And again, you know, we've kind of hinted at sort of boardroom dysfunction for this company, but it is quite a serious thing.Urry: Even if they had nominated Susan Langer with the proper disclosures,. I do think that would have been perceived much better.
