Is Your User Experience Transparent?

The ideal form of transparency is that every user has a person's understanding of how your product works, what they get for it and what they're exchanging with you. Terms and conditions are really not very useful for the average user because they're too hard to read or understand. And so i think this is where strategy and design and technology can come together and really create an experience that in itself is transparent.
