Is There an Appetite for Pads on Synthesizers?

The only thing that comes close is some of the string sounds, ah, thet you can do with it. There's just a lot of really interesting things about it that just aren't on synthesizers to day. The mix between the upper and lower sound set is right there. A things like, oh, like if you want to modulate pitch, that can be done with like velocity and all after pressure. All these things that's all right there with big switches, where it's really easy to kind of modify it while you're playing.
