I would argue that the gains to video conferencing have just taken 20 years and a pandemic to be realized. The most valuable thing you can do as a creative person is not to do it, but to teach it. And my argument is if I spend an hour of my time talking to 100 people, it is by definition more valuable than talking to people one at a time.
