Social Media Is Not About Conversation

A lot of what goes on in social media is not about conversation. Of course, it's about expressing group solidarity by showing that you can outdo your friends and condemn Chris Kaufman as I don't know whatever he is. And there's no point condemning it because it's a basic human impulse. It's what tribalism does, but it needs to be countered with incentives to do the opposite as well.
