The Effect of Heavy Loads on Hypertrophy
The heavier loading does produce a little bit better hypertrophy than the lighter loading. It's just again, it's just going to come back to how much they're splitting hairs. So I do agree physiologically that we're probably likely to see more hypertrophy from heavy loads long term. But at the moment, I'd get slapped down by the internet if I said that.
