The Impact of the $3.5 Million Settlement on the Settlement
One of the people you spoke with is Karamad Kondli, whose conviction was overturned but who still spent 18 years in prison. He sued and he won a $3.5 million settlement. You get a sense that they didn't need this money necessarily, but at the same time that it would never truly cover the cost of what happened.
