In the Weeds, by a Laury Oliver, Is Jawdropping

Crisp: tom vatalli's oral biography, "in the weeds," is jawdropping. When tony died, a narrative quickly formed for selfish reasons, but i think on one level, and accurate reasons, about his incredible gift that he was to the world. And so some of the things that tom gets into are painful to read, and still painful for tom, as you'll hear. But even the negative things kind of made me love and appreciate tony bordan more because it was a fuller picture if that makes sense.
