Talent Density

Ocasa reed had an epiphany about how to give people more freedom. He realized that if you don't put process in place, the organization is going to descend into maham. So he tried to create a work environment that really was as much as possible only for top performers. And then what if we got this candor going, which would increase talent density more? That's the whole belief behind it and the term talent density.
