How to Increase Workload in Runners and Athletic Players

In runners, it's typically heel running. In cyclists, it might be doing heel repeats sitting in the saddle. It might just be performing a little bit more interval training as well. And so more speed sessions will place a lot more load through the hamstring and hamstring tendon. The other big thing that patients have problems with is sitting as well that I wanted to say. So that's a huge aggravating factor.
