The Dhammapada: A Buddhist Way of Acting
To what extent have you adopted Buddhist ways of acting because you want to hold a moral high ground? Greed hatred and delusion are sneaky buggers. They are unrelenting in their quest to keep us spinning on the wheel. The Buddha asks us to contact suffering, to understand greed, hatred and delusion and give them up. He says we must learn to listen more acutely for the resonance between each individual and within our own selves. And to trust that even if the note is different from others, it might be, it just might be in the same key.
