Valiant's Relationship With a Mail Order Pharmacy
The revelation that sent the stock price tumbling was the company's relationship with a mail order pharmacy called philidore. You can think of philidore as a dedicated sales channel, which allowed valiant to off load scummy tactics to a third party. While philidore was supposed to be helping valiant stick it to insurers, the co of Philidore couldn't help himself and decided he should probably steal at least a little from valiant.
